Upload Artwork

Please provide the following information and then select your art files(s) for uploading. All fields are required. When you are finished, click "Submit Artwork" at the bottom of the page to proceed.

Artwork
In this industry, “artwork” is defined as files sent for printing or embroidery. Below are the details of what we need from you.

Embroidery
We require DST files. If digitizing is required, send us the file an acceptable format listed above.

Format
We need AI, CDR, EPS, PDF or PSD files. Make sure all text and curves are converted to outlines.
If you have not another choice but to send a TIF or JPEG it must be at least 300 dpi and scaled to size. Colours should be CMYK. Feel like we’re speaking a foreign language? Call us at 905.881.8798 and we’ll help!

Scanned Images
All images that are scanned must be a minimum of 600 dpi.
Size Files up to 8MB are acceptable…after that, they’re just too big.

Software
Our graphics computers are Windows-based PCs, and therefore we need compatible format files. The factory uses the latest version of CorelDraw.

Unsupported Files
We cannot and do not accept QuarkXPress, Pagemaker, InDesign and Freehand files. Additionally, Microsoft programs are not graphics programs and we cannot accept them. Need artwork re-done? Let us know, we’ll do it for a reasonable price!
